All orders will be shipped within 48 hours subject to availability and credit verification.  Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and MYPOTABELLA.COM will not be responsible for any delays caused by any customs clearance processes especially during peak season.

 

Both local and international orders are delivered by SingPost. All shipping costs are quoted in Singapore Dollars (SGD).

 

Local orders - We will not be responsible for any packages lost if you opt for normal postage. Therefore it is highly recommended that you opt for registered mails as packages can be tracked at the SingPost website (singpost.com).

 

International orders – It is compulsory for our overseas customers to take up registered mail for their purchased items. This enables you to track the delivery status of your items online at the SingPost website (singpost.com).
