We take great pride in our reputation for quality and excellent value. It is important to us that you are completely satisfied with your purchase.

 

For any reason you do not absolutely love your selections, we will gladly issue a credit note for the value of the merchandise or exchange your items within 14 days of purchase. We are one of the few local online shops that offer returns/exchanges.


How to Return

Kindly read terms and conditions below before sending out your item. By sending out your item, means you have agreed to all the terms and conditions stated here:


a. Shipping Returns

Original shipping and handling fees are not refundable. You shall also bear shipping and handling fees upon return of the merchandise within 14 days of purchase. We will not be responsible for lost mails in connection to such returns or exchange. Please note that after this duration has expired, we will not accept the return of the item.

 

b. Condition of Returned Merchandise

Returned merchandise must not have been washed/worn and must be in brand new condition with tags and labels intact. We reserve the rights to reject the returned merchandise if the stated condition is not met.

 

c. Options of Credit Note/Exchange

We will process your return once we have received the merchandise in the stated condition. You will be informed via email to choose one of the following options:

 

1. Credit note for the value of the merchandise (one-time usage only), valid for 1 month from date of purchase. Applicable to any regular-priced items on MYPOTABELLA.COM. Not applicable to sale items.


2. Exchange of the same item in different size/ colour


Strictly no cash refunds.

 

FAULTY MERCHANDISE
Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged or where a manufacturing fault has occurred. Please note that items damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered faulty. If you would like to exchange a faulty item, please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product in the same size, subject to availability. Where possible, we will offer to repair faulty items.

 

In the interests of hygiene, we do not offer refunds on pierced jewellery, or underwear or swimwear if the hygiene seal has been removed, unless they are of unsatisfactory quality or unfit for purpose.

Sale items are non- exchangeable/returnable.

Please note that we currently do not accept exchanges or refunds on items bought from our online store. However, you may be assured your items will be checked thoroughly before mailing them out to you.
